Product detailed description

SENSECOM-IMNT counts consumption impulses from metering devices, resp. their impulse sensors, like Water meter or Gas meter  and sends data via a nationwide NB-IoT network .

Device inputs:

  • CNT0, CNT1 - 2x impulse inputs (voltage-free or open collector connection)
  • DIR - digital input for media direction for CNT0 input (separated counters for forward/backward media flow or 2 tariffs counting)
  • DI - digital input (eg. for flood detection sensor)

Device includes a number of Advanced features and functions for specific applications:

  • leakage detection
  • short-term peaks monitoring (eg. 1min intervals within reading periods)
  • volume-based messaging
  • manipulation detection (accelerometer)
  • media flow direction or tariff differentiation, monitoring of flow/tariff changes

Communication device basic features:

  • Memory (datalogger) for least 1500 readouts
  • E2E encryption with AES-256 possible
  • > 10 years without battery replacement with 2 transmissions and 2-12 readouts a day
  • SMA connector for external antenna
  • IP67 protection
  • Communication to the nationwide IoT network NB-IoT, select NB-IoT coverage type.
  • Select optional multi-user multi-year flat rate for SENSEPARAM portal to access processed data, sending callbacks to your server, etc. or process data directly from NB-IoT UDP packets.
  • Select optional external antenna or use other antenna (suitable for NB-IoT band)

  • Monitoring of machinery operations - Operations time and maintenance planning, Detection of machinery overusage (usage peaks),
  • Daily power consumption/supply monitoring, daily profile monitoring, volume-based monitoring or tracking.
  • Monthly pre-payments adjustments, monthly/seasoning payments based on actual consumption.
  • Leased facility/space utility consumption charging.
